Shupa Global is an independent South Korea-based B2B introducer operating two related pathways: overseas buyers seeking Korean products from manufacturers/exporters, and companies seeking independent specialist services such as cross-border ecommerce VAT and business operations. We do not give tax or legal advice.

Information collected through this site

Our general collaboration form collects the name, email, role, topic, subject and message you provide. Our business buying enquiry forms collect business name, work email, selected service category and intended timing, plus optional company website, target markets, stock locations and a short description. The focused VAT form also asks about the business stage. Our dedicated Korean-product buyer request form asks for company, work email, destination market, product category, product specifications, approximate order quantity and buying stage, plus an optional website and delivery timing. Our Korean manufacturer/exporter enquiry form asks for company, work email, supplier role, product range and capabilities, potential export markets and willingness to discuss an introduction fee, plus an optional website. The buyer form can also record campaign parameters supplied in the page URL to measure where enquiries originate. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether a specialist introduction might fit, and manage the related correspondence. Details may be processed by our hosting and email providers, including in South Korea. We do not share a buyer’s personal contact details with a specialist provider without separately obtaining permission for that introduction. Messages are sent to our contact mailbox and may be processed by our website hosting and email providers. Please do not submit payment information, marketplace credentials, identity documents or sensitive seller data. Buyer enquiries are open for preliminary fit review only; submitting a form does not establish a service contract, confirm provider acceptance or authorise transfer of records to a specialist.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses standard WordPress functionality and performance tools to provide reliable pages. Where the advertising measurement notice is displayed, Google Ads measurement is optional and starts only after you select Accept measurement. Selecting Reject measurement does not prevent you from using our enquiry forms. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. We store your choice on your device for 180 days. With your permission, the Google Ads tag uses advertising cookies and click identifiers to associate an ad visit with a successfully submitted VAT enquiry. Google may receive page information, advertising identifiers, IP address and browser or device information, and may process information outside your country. We do not send the name, email address, company name or message from your enquiry form to Google through this tag, and personalised advertising and enhanced conversions are not enabled for this implementation. A random, non-personal enquiry marker is held in session storage for up to 10 minutes to prevent duplicate measurement on the confirmation page. Third-party service providers

Korean-product supply, manufacturing, export handling, delivery and service-related work may be performed by independent manufacturers, exporters, wholesalers or specialist providers. We are not the merchant of record or the supplier and do not take payments for products. When a user chooses to proceed with a provider, that provider’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the information submitted to it.

Data minimization

We aim to avoid collecting or storing sensitive payment credentials or marketplace passwords through this public website. Integration and onboarding methods will be selected to minimize unnecessary access to customer data.

Pinterest app privacy — Shupa Global Media Automation

Shupa Global Media Automation (Pinterest App ID: 1618974) is an internal Windows application for managing Pinterest accounts operated or authorized by the app owner. It is separate from the business enquiry services on this website. It uses Pinterest OAuth authorization and does not ask for or collect Pinterest passwords. Depending on the access permissions granted by the account owner, the application may retrieve the Pinterest account identifier, account profile, board names and IDs, and relevant Pin information. When the account owner chooses to publish, the application sends selected videos, Pin titles, descriptions and destination board IDs to Pinterest through its official API.

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form on the authorized operator's local Windows device. Authorized account details, board selections, content drafts and publishing records may also be kept locally to operate the application and avoid duplicate posts. This website's public enquiry forms are not used to collect Pinterest OAuth tokens. We do not sell Pinterest account data or provide OAuth credentials to advertising or data-broker services. Data and selected media submitted to Pinterest are processed by Pinterest under its own Privacy Policy.

Locally stored Pinterest authorization data and related working records are kept only for as long as needed to operate the authorized integration or meet applicable obligations. To withdraw the app's future access, revoke its authorization in the connected Pinterest account settings. For questions or requests to review or delete local Pinterest integration records, email 5786lsy@gmail.com. Revoking API authorization does not automatically remove Pins already published on Pinterest; those must be managed separately on Pinterest.
