Do you sell, ship or invoice products?
No. Shupa Global is an independent introducer. Any selected supplier will quote and contract directly, and handling of shipments, trade documents and payments belongs to the contracting parties.
Can you guarantee pricing, MOQ or Korean origin?
No. We first screen what you need and whether a legitimate supplier route may exist. Product provenance, certifications and export rights require independent supplier verification.
Do you share our business contact details automatically?
No. We seek your separate permission before sending identifiable contact information to a proposed supplier.
What happens if there is no suitable supplier?
We can decline an enquiry or explain the present limitation. We do not invent listings or guarantee a match.
